every email passes through a structured decision pipeline—thread reconstruction, summarization, classification, action planning, then user approval. the system operates within defined trust zones: green (safe automation like archiving newsletters), yellow (drafts replies but waits for approval), and red (refuses to act on sensitive emails).

built with a telegram control interface for now, with plans to expand to whatsapp and slack. the goal isn’t to remove humans from email, but to make email manageable again.
